I woke up this morning after being lazy all week writing on the computer"  Something told me to get up and leave so I did as I was walking downstairs I seen Marino and about four people the regular main tee's men and three others there were suppose to replace the keys for the apartments I left out and when I returned the guys who were suppose to replace the keys did not instead they were talking. I felt something strange in the air so I don't believe it was anyone on  my floor but one other than myself which means my writing is real.

Since it was Monday morning I went to get a bite to eat for free there were a lot if people waiting on the outside when I finally went in I sat down I believe someone said that it was a soup with red meat in it; the people that I was surrounded by were people of the streets I don't do red meat so I got up and I left" I went to get on the bus and out of the corner of my eye I seen Billy Ray running towards the church I just left he was wearing army pants and a hooded sweater and glasses when ever I see Billy you can count on it being a alerting week or maybe even a month of mysteries as I turn around I seen another person on the bus---------------------------------------

He was also from the same area he kept asking me where was I going I told him to a certain street although I was not; so more than half way through the trip he got off the bus and believe it or not;  an hour and a half  latter I seen the same guy running toward the bus but the driver didn't see him,  when I arrived into the apartment;  you remember the workers I was telling you about they still didn't finish or had even started what they were suppose to do now if I would have stayed there in the apartment,  I suspect that I might of had a confrontation as I said before what I am writing you is true and sometimes I wish it wasn't but it its.

Also more and more I am believing that crime is money I have talk to some people that are suppose to serve and protect even the higher up  I have seen first hand if you are more of a criminal or a part that role you will have more favors from some of these certain people who serve and protect"  Also more than ever,  I am more convince that someone or a non-for-profit groups I sign on with has used my identity for their personal gain again the group in which I am referring to have a number of Ronald's also ways to make a criminal forged.

As one of the directors told me in her own words; you don't have the lawyers behind you we have the lawyers      behind us bagging to me because I didn't have the money nor the resources one of the people that I was referring to ask me if,  I was afraid that the truth in my book will have me killed I told him if,  I didn't and was silent I would be killed many times over by my own mine with my own body the gentleman I referring too, one day a man approached his wife and ask her for some crazy sexually favors she led him to her husband but in that area;  if he would have reacted thinks would have changed for him the other guy is white and connected.

I am more than positive someone has used my information and  I suspect my court cases as well I beleive they have tried or have went all of the way one of the reason I believe this;  Is because of the illegal trespassing into my apartment and the unanswered complaints by Evanston Police Department also by the non-for-profit-help group I had signed up with why they know I was innocent also that I have good cases all of them and all of them winnable. 

THE POWER OF EMPLOYMENT

Many people want to be a bad ass also in being like the impressions and the visions that many see on the fool tube which is the television many time are programed to be fool and you know what they get fooled in more ways than one and become that tool that I was talking about for the people in which already have the power of employment to even get more power to depower more of the people who got fooled.  To make them even more powerful so what does that mean parents please explain to your young also even to some of your old many of the things you see on the fool tube half of the people preforming would not a chance in the real world.

I have seen programs like: One life to live, The young and the restless, Desperate house wives, All my children and many more become a part of young lives but it wasn't explained to them that later"  Child Support will kick your butt and will cost you thousands of dollars.  That bullet that you discharge on the other side of the barrel will cost you many dreamless nights that will never go away and will stay with you aways, and still you will owe it to the person who already has the controls of the power of employment why because you were fooled you where fooled by the person who already has power of employment but to everyone reading this

I have been in three of the homeless shelters; Salvation Army,Lincoln park (shelter) I sign up through D.H.S, for housing in which I was told if;I got on mead's my housing would be free through a Director Janice Finney office by her assistance Sonny Jacob's I explained to him I don't need mead's I just needed a place to stay this man forged my name to a mental list of;Thresholds I was place in a hell hole in which was as far as I am concern a legal crack-house ran by a crooked manager named Gregg Walker also the people that controlled him.

At that time my case-workers were,  Sam Guardino  and a Peter Coufman or Kauthman in which I was introduce to inside of Janice Finney office.  My apartment as this one had been entered when I was out or at work,  I complained finally I moved out of the Norman House on Wilson Meacon but before that I was framed and arrested two block away from the Norman house months later  I was  framed again and was arrested by 023 district officers by the same crooked cop who were involved

I filed with OPS both times I suspect that OPS has buried the officers mis-conduct in which I had filed involving twice of 023 and once with 024 this is true.  

In the first arrest;  Officers Michael White, Rea's, and their boss Mark Schmitt decided to target me.  You see there was a sweep that was happing in the area of Uptown also the Condo's were going up also Target's was breaking ground and these

Condo's needed to be filled so low income people  either had to leave or get arrested as, I was  one of those who was targeted. You see before that"  I had been riding the ale almost for 4 years three of  though months I stay in a rat trap called the Norman House I had a storage called Life storage now called Simply storage I guess 023 district was angry because their  case was thrown out I didn't do any time in which
I was framed anyway I was innocent and all of a sudden my storage was entered from the top of my storage unit I complained but again it didn't do any good the manger who was involved b-rived the cop the cop would not give a his name nor his badge #.

The manager Dale who was moved along with his assistants managers Valerie and Dominique I went to court but as I explained 024 district with the help of 023 district had more money than I,  Judge Dennis McGuire dis-mis my case all the time ' I was in the right they were in the wrong,  then Entry Point aka, Hilda's Place aka, connections shortly after staying in my storage,  just in the nick of time;  of the storage company telling me I couldn't rent from them any more also one of the clients

Had told Becky Feiler that I had plans on filing on connections for the length of time I had been sign up with them I should of had a apartment she ask me not file a compliant then my place became ready within 2 weeks in my stay in these places of 319 Dempster My unit has been illegally entered several times no help from the police nor Connections. By the time they reach upper level or even High school if they make it will be a harder drug to cope and then they will be ready for new a place to stay it may be jail or maybe a shelter I have seen more corruption with inside these so called non-for-pro-groups and I don't have a Ph.D as some of the people in charge who are letting this happen. If we as a whole focus on America we would not have this problem also

I suspect that the directors along with Mrs. J. McDonald would like for me to disappear, I ask Jessie for on a  Wednesday when I was at the synagogue of Beth Emit I thought she stop this madness the same thing with Paul Selden no help from either when I explained.

To other clients in which they want to have incarcerated crime is money but this person happens to be a relative of an Evanston police officer O C Cook. Also the director turns their head in the other direction so this madness continues. I suspect this is why he was placed next door to me to try and place a criminal charge on me as they have schemed in the past.

In which every time I was innocent of the criminal charges they have place on me all but two driving a car when I was younger from college and had and accident also being in a car when also younger at C.V.S high school one of the passengers have herb on him and when ask to exit the car by officer he spill herb in the seats I was guilty by association the rest of these charge were made up charges done by crooked cops.

They would not answer to mis-deeds

Not long ago I ask one of the client to go to a Singod  in which I use to play for called Beth Emmit in Evanston to get a person that he didn't know that was the acting President of Connections Shelter he ask her for it; but told me that I would have to go to the Sinogod and ask her myself in which I did today @ 7:oo pm but before I ask her for her email I ask her did she want to see book also that Connections is runing the shelter like a concenstration camp.

She told me that she didn't have time so I waited until after the everything was ending in which to ask her again she was talking to one of the clients that I ask to get her email she seem distant as if she knew what my book aslo the client that she was talking to told me that this conversation was private so I told him that I would talk to him later now month ago another client had told me that he had talk to Jessie McDonald also about Connections also he was going to expose them two weeks later he was found DOA in his apartment his name.

Rodney Moore he is also in my book and before he had died I show the director becky Feiler also my book she knew as well as others that I was writing a book about my pass but my pass became a reality and entered Chicago also Evanston some of the clients were program as if they had a vendeata to push some of the other clients away it was amazing in how some of the mind set would funtion some of them would hate somone they didn't even know I remember two of the case-worker was standing there when a argument broke out one of the caseworker.

Was the same case-worker along with another caseworker in which I found insurance papers with my name on them in which I didn't sign for in my file again something wrong with this picture and Jessie McDonald acting president didn't want to talk me and we were in a Sinagod.

She is the president of Connections all I ask was from this organization to help along but instead I found insurance policies in my name they have control over the inmates coming out of prison so that mens they have control of the gangs of the correction officers pretty much control over the television stations and they have more money than the law allows plus they get funding  from the Federal Goverment where is the help also where is this money going to.  

OPS repots not answered

When I had left for the police department in which I had and appointment with a Heart Glass @ 11: 30 AM & I was there @ 11:15 AM she told me that I was late but she was for the OPS meeting in Evanston police department on 11/16/2010 in which I have had before but it wasn't not the real Heart Glass this person was a man a Detective Russel in which he told me that it wasn't much he could do but this time I think that it may have been the real Heart Glass we talk about the unanswered complaints in which were illegal trespass into my apartment while I am away.  But before I went up to see Heart Glass Officer O.C Cook was on his way down the stairs he told me that he was leaving the Evanston station he would be going to another station we shock hands and I told him not to sell his soul 

Officer Archie was on the front desk a women of Mexican decent gave me a visitor pass

after the meeting she told me she would get back to me next week when I returned to my apartment I heard the matinées men working next door in 310 near my wall then they came over to fix a socket cover in the wall of my apartment then I left as I was leaving for the back door I notice and un-mark police car approaching in the alley where the matinées men van was I walk over to the officer ask if Heart Glass was a white or black he told me that she was black women but the recording that I received.

Was not that of a black women it was of a white women in which as I left I had seen the women I had a meeting with in which was a black women with treaded hair she was driving north on Chicago on Dempster after I returned from my mission as" I was returning back to the apartment I seen Dave Moreno property manager also another staff member of Connections I spoke to them but I guess they didn't notice me although I was right in front of both as I was entering I check my mailbox in which as a rule" I don't get much mail here because I have had problem with mail also on my credit report I have seen the name of Ronald Lee which has live in my apartment also a David Compton who also has lived here in my apartment before me "I in which" 

I would receive a lot of mail in my box for them both but not much of my own mail if any but the Connections rent mail is always on time in which. Was one of the reason I had a meeting with OPS" I had stop payment because of the lacks of interest of the Evanston police department also the lack of Connection interests in the illegal trespassing into.

My apartment I had a tenants who had the same caseworker as I also she had borrowed money from me on more than one occasion also had advise me to open and account in her bank a Fifth Third Bank in which I did also had notice when it time for to pay me she didn't she told me to wait also it was around the first of the month in which later another client who I suspect has been kill also was a client of Connection was trying to retrieve some money and ask me to retrieve it for him in which I suspect was a set-up"  

Mary Adam Rice also the director of Connection I had complained on with executive director Ph.D Paul Selden I suspect all 3 of these name are involved with criminal activities and I have also told the officer in which was Heart Glass of the following in the pass there was another client a Daniel Conrad in which brought a friend with as he was sitting in my apartment I notice them talking about the wall of 311 which is my apartment they were saying that west wall seem like it had been pastored the south wall was a fixed wall on the day of  11/16/2010 when the matinées men were here and fixing 310 wall which is next to my wall it seem strange' 

I could here this man cough threw the walls now I can smell the food everything when he cooks in which I couldn't before but I could hear him cough also you would never see him come through the front entrance he would always come through the back something is wrong with this picture the same thing happen in Arizona the crooks would make a passage threw the closet on the other side of the dry wall I suspect some of these criminals that they use for criminal activities excess into clients units this explains the reason for Connections asking clients for permission to get a medical history from their doctors when something does happen to them especially if it is criminally done it would be would be easier to use their medical history; if it was criminally done as long as it made to look as if it was and accident the reason some of the clients are pray they don't have families nor in many cases even if they did a 

Forensic director sometimes are told to buried the investigations and it is buried just like Connections also Evanston also Chicago police department has buried my complaints also my OPS complaints of 100-92-15, 10079-68, 101-5863 also recently Evanston OPS MI 10-36" Aren't I documented.
